I also use spices and artificial flavoring in this tincture to make the taste more pleasant, please avoid if allergic to any of these.

This comes in either a 30ml or an 60ml bottle that comes with a dropper top. You may add a few drops to your tea or drink or you can just take 1 to 2ml (about 20 drops) as needed to feel the difference. Please remember to store in a dark area and shake well before each use. This is made with VG (vegetable Glycerin) and can last up to about 2 years stored correctly. Hopefully you will love it so much, it will not last that long in your cabinet.
